Found the perfect shorts!

…And hat for all that matters!

Season after season I have been searching for shorts that aren’t too short, too distressed, too long or the wrong wash. I saw these at target and sized up one size so I could wear them lower on my waist. The flattering part about these is they are cut shorter in the front but longer in the back. So your legs look longer but your butt is covered. 🙌🏻

Second the hat hat is also Target! I always feel a little silly in hats like I’m trying too hard?? But I seriously needed something for the pool this summer, and I thought this one was perfect! Shirt is Marshall’s and shoes are my Target slides.

Derby Day!

I love dressing up for the Derby party we go to every year! Unfortunately, this year the dress I ordered didn’t make it in time 😓 but I had this dress from Asos that I haven’t gotten to wear yet.

It is really light weight but has velvet through out. The length is a little shorter than what I would normally wear, but it was for a fun occasion! My hat is from Amazon and the shoes are Target!

Light weight velvet dress

I can’t find that exact dress but linked above 👆🏻is another dress I own you can wear in warmer months!

The way the race ended was almost as entertaining as the fashion and hats! 🤯

Spring Dress

No matter what you celebrate I thought this red floral wrap dress from Target was so cute for Easter day or Passover dinner. I think wrap dresses are super flattering! This one was a little big on me so I grabbed a belt from a different Target dress to create more of a shape, which I thought looked interesting to see the stripes against the floral.

The shoes are from Marshall’s!

Closer Look at the belt/shoes!

I can’t find this exact dress on Target’s website for some reason! 😕 Linking a similar one below, but the brand above is A New Day!

Stars Above ✨

I found this top at TJ Maxx and thought it was a fun spring transition outfit! I just wore it with a body suit and my normal jeans for a morning with my daughter! Mules are from Target as mentioned before!

Next we have the Target jumper I posted on my Instagram. I think it’s really cute and fit me (which is rare in tall girl world) just fine! I think I may even wear this as a bathing suit cover up to the pool! I paired it with Target sandals and a Target denim shirt.

Pondering life w my coffee ☕️

Last up is this robe! The new line of Pjs and lounge wear at Target is called, Stars Above which I think is adorable. I like to change up my robes with the seasons, and I live in robes in the mornings! This is nice and light as the weather warms up, but also very girly which I love. 💕

Black + White

Today we had a luncheon to attend. It was such a pretty spring day I was so happy to style a fun skirt!

Crop top (different but LOVE)

My top is Forever21 but older and the skirt is Target, you can find it in stores currently! I paired it with the Target pink heels to give all the black and white a pop of color.

My bag is Rebecca Minkoff (from TJ Maxx!)

Also, I wanted to share this adorable Target sweater I found and bow scrunchie (I am loving that trend, brings me back to 1993!) 😍

Similar scrunchie

The scrunchie is from Claire’s, but they are everywhere!

Spring Shoes!

I know I have a Target shopping addiction but they are doing an amazing job with shoes for spring!

These are from last season, but you can still get them at Target now! They look sophisticated but are super comfortable. They are the Free People knock offs.

Cut out booties

Next! These wicker “mules” are everywhere and I’ve already run into a couple friends that also have them! I love these however I can tell they will probably get pretty dirty and won’t be easy to clean! I’ll save these for my no kid days! 😄

I have two slides to share with you guys. The orange ones are so fun, also sold in white. I plan on bringing these to the pool! The ones below were also popular last year but are back and are on trend again!

Orange Slides

My shirt and sunglasses are also Target!

Target Spring Sweater

Hi! Another quick Target find to share! Love the colors, length and overall look of this sweater. It’s very light so you won’t be too hot to wear this in the spring months. I wore this on a cool March day. The quality is great. Showing this with my OTK beige boots and casual booties. Perfect for St. Patrick’s day! 🍀

I cannot find this on their website! The brand is Wild Fable if you see it in that section of the store. I’ll keep looking for it and update this post if it’s online!

I also grabbed this fun shirt, affordable and good quality. ❤️

I FINALLY got the courage to post on Instagram. It only took two years! 😅Social media for me can be overwhelming and frankly is completely over saturated with fashion bloggers! However, I really enjoy doing this little blog so I thought I would share over there as well. Check it out @Styleprofilekc!

Hawaii Outfits

My husband and I were lucky to travel to Maui during one of the looooongest winters in recent memory! I had so much fun shopping for bargain dresses for this trip!

Outfit 1

This Asos dress caught my eye bc of the color and cut out on the side. I was worried it would wrinkle easily in my suitcase but that wasn’t a problem at all! This dress can be a little tricky to wear spanx with, bc of the cut out but that was my only issue.

Almost all of my bathing suits are from Amazon! This is one I couldn’t ever wear at home with the kids in the pool (too risky 😬) so I was excited to pull this out on our trip! I am tall and the length is great for long torsos, but the best part is this suit is very affordable and comes in many patterns! I didn’t take pictures of my other bathing suits but I’ll link my favorite two piece I bought below.

Outfit 2

This Asos dress was really colorful and came in my favorite flattering fabric, scuba. I loved the pattern, length and it was really comfortable!

Outfit 3

This evening was a causal evening so I paired a forever21 bodysuit with a skirt I found from TJ Maxx.

Outfit 4

This was my favorite dress out of them all. Also, from Asos I loved the shoulder, small cut out and pattern. This was a little tricky to put on at first, I had to go back to the picture of the model! 😂 This also did not wrinkle in my suitcase!

Outfit 5

This dress actually got a lot of compliments from other people which was nice! It was really light and girly. I loved the colors, as you can see it matched the evening sky! This is also from Asos!

Color Block Dress

And my travel outfit! I like to wear leggings on the airplane and a t-shirt. Leggings are Alo, T-shirt is Target and leather jacket is from Nordstrom Rack. This picture of me makes me laugh, bc I am trying way too hard (I was delirious after the 7 hour flight) but it’s the only one I have to show!

And last thank you to my husband for helping me take pictures for this blog!! I had a great trip with you!

A day in LA

My husband and I had one day to spend in LA before we headed to Hawaii. We definitely had to check out where all my Bravo shows take place, shop a little and eat! It was actually rainy and cold the day we visited so even though I had a dress planned to wear during the day I ended up in AE jeans, Marc Fisher boots and a Nordstrom leather jacket! My bodysuit is from Forever21. Sunglasses are from Target!

Similar Jacket

We had a great lunch at Villa Blanca and explored West Hollywood and Beverly Hills! Up next was dinner at Sur!

This dress is from Asos, on sale and fits true to size. I had to wear my jacket and paired it with my Nine West wedges.

I would have loved more time to spend in LA but we had a flight to catch! More on Hawaii outfits in my next post!

Target finds

The past few weeks have been frigid, snowy and icy so my wardrobe has been pretty functional and not very stylish lately! However, I did pick up two items from Target that I really love!

The first is from Who What Wear, and its a teddy jacket. It reminds me a little of the ALO Foxy Sherpa jacket that I’ve been keeping my eye on (for a sale ;)) but it at a way more affordable price point. It is really great quality and does not shed. This will keep you warm!

Teddy Jacket

The second item is a little out of my comfort zone with the colors and pattern. This sweater is from Wild Fable and it is soft and cozy. I have seen a pretty close replica at Nordstrom in the Top Shop section recently. Sometimes its nice to wear some light colors when its so gray outside in the dead of winter!

I have a lot of fun dresses to show everyone coming up, I can’t wait to share!

Until then, stay warm!
